Get your team's phones ready

Each person needs the Ansa app on their phone. It takes about two minutes each, and they don't need a password.
Invite them
- In the dashboard, open People and choose Invite person.
- Enter their email address or mobile number. You can choose which team lines they answer at the same time.
- They get a link. Tapping it opens the Ansa app, or takes them to the App Store or Google Play to install it first.
They accept
They type their name and they’re in. Their team lines are already set up — there is nothing to configure on the phone.
Check the phone can ring
The first time Ansa opens, it checks that notifications are allowed and that battery saving won’t stop calls. If something is in the way, Ansa says so and takes them to the setting. On some Android phones this matters a lot — see calls don’t ring on my Android phone.
Then ask them to make a test call.
