How billing works

Ansa is paid monthly or yearly, in US dollars, with EcoCash or a Visa card.
Your free month
Your first month on Basic is free, with your business number and 30 minutes included. Before it ends, we ask you to choose a plan. The one-off setup fee is charged with your first payment.
Paying
Pay with EcoCash (USD or ZWL) or a Visa card. Every payment has an invoice. Paying for a year costs ten months.
Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Billing in the dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
If a payment fails
We let you know and give you time to pay. If it stays unpaid, outside calls pause — but your number, settings and history are kept, and your team can still call each other. Pay, and everything comes back.
